The heart of Villa Cerramica is a large living room connected to an open kitchen, a single, luminous space designed for long meals, quiet mornings and gatherings. Materials are warm and honest: terracotta floors, aged iron, natural stone and beige linen.

Fully equipped and bathed in southern light, the kitchen opens directly onto the living room and the garden, blurring the line between inside and outside throughout the day.
Two wings for privacy
A house organised around comfort
The villa is divided into two wings. One wing holds a single bedroom, opening onto its own quiet stretch of the garden. The second wing holds three bedrooms, close to the shared living spaces. A small adjoining guest house, set slightly apart, offers a fifth bedroom and its own bathroom.
